Bankruptcy - Chapter 7

According to the law office that I've been talking to, I can declare bankruptcy on my private loans which account for 36k of what I owe. That brings be down to 20k. Just putting this out to everyone who is in deep debt. I'm setting an appointment up tomorrow to work on filling the chapter 7. I don't mine having crappy credit, after all the word credit is a euphemism for the word debt.

who needs credit in today's market anyway. Good credit one year ago isn't the same today. I got a car with a brand new engine I had to put in. I plan on this car for life. Who new u could get 41mpg with a 98 Chevy monte carlo and I still have more things to do to it that can bring it to 54 at minimum on combustion power alone. That doesn't include the option of changing it for a 4 cyclinder engine then adding a battery powered motor making it a hybrid getting 100+ mpg. Car manufacturers sure won't tell you because they have their pockets loaded by big oil top prevent fuel efficiency(I am talking to u specifically Ford). I don't wanna own a house either. I prefer renting to owning housing. I wouldn't think of doing bankruptcy now or at least not until I am done with ISU. Don't wanna kill my financial aid chances for here until I am done.
