its a good site with tutorials for max, maya, and blender.

If your just getting started or want to get started in 3D work blender is a free program that you can download at blender.org.........it feels a bit like 3ds max.

one last site to go out on

it has free scripts for max to help make some groove effects

I can guarantee 2 any1 here dat blender doesn't feel like 3ds max! I, myself, have tried it. It's a bit complex 4 me. Max, after about a few years of use, is my program of choice. I'm still learnin' Maya... which it seems everything's transitionin' over 2.

Here go an animation I did in 3ds Max. Hope some o' y'all are fans of MMA.
