I did an IP trace on http://www.ittesi.com and http://itt-tech.edu
Its bouncing all over the place, LA, VA, IN, and even europe
I keep doing an IP trace. There IP address changes every 5 seconds.

From Wikipedia:
AKAMAI TECHNOLOGIES, Akamai transparently mirrors content (usually media objects such as audio, graphics, animation, video) stored on customer servers. Though the domain name (but not the subdomain) is the same, the IP address points to an Akamai server rather than the customer's server. The Akamai server is automatically picked depending on the type of content and the user's network location.
I think this could be used for legal purposes too, this it's being bounced off of different servers all over the world. It's strange that ITT/ESI would need this. http://ittesi.com looks like crap (one of their drones must of designed it, lol maybe Stan himself). http://itt-tech.edu also looks like crap, they don't need this technology. AKAMAI is for Large High end volume servers, BBC (UK) uses them to help with traffic.
I don't know if this means anything, but it is nice to know we can't get an exact or real IP address in those bastards.
