A felon who police say is a serious threat to officer safety has been charged with three counts of first-degree robbery. Sol Conan Davis, 28, was identified in part by his tattoos. On his forehead, the man under watch by the Department of Corrections has the words "F--- DOC." Court documents show on his knuckles Davis has tattooed the words "KILL COPS."

Prosecutors say he also has 187 -- the California Penal Code for murder -- tattooed on his body above initials KCPD, SPD and WSP. Each of the initials have been crossed out.
Davis has been under DOC supervision since 2005 and in that time has had two prison sentences, one from February 2005 to January 2006 and the second from February 2007.

Well he musta been a gangsta. If I was a cop, I'd b a bit intimidated by those tattoos also.

Personally, I don't care for tattoos, they are a turn off and I think they look ugly, except for the subtle little ones in the lower front of a female. This guy had one on his forehead and his fingers, ITT Tech isn't going to help him get a job, I don't think he is really hire able. Employers don't want someone with "kill cops" and "Fuck DOC" on their body. He would get turned down from most jobs, unless he is getting hired as a mechanic, body guard, bartender, etc. My guess he isn't because he is going to ITT-Tech to "learn". Sadly, he is one of the people who go to ITT Tech as a shortcut and expect a huge payout, not someone who actually expected a real education.

Our hard working taxes at work since we are going to pay the ITT tuition and or student loans, this crimnimal didnt care he knew he was never going to pay it back.

Reading this article was a lot like watching "One Guy One Cup." It reminds me that things could always be worse. I have been living very badly for a long time and my attitude sucks. But this guy makes me seem healthy.
