Baltimore County man charged in ‘Columbine’ plot:

30-year-old Santorio Harper of Owings Mills, Maryland has been arrested for plotting an attack against ITT Technical Institute in Owings Mills. Harper confessed to police on December 29th that he planned on killing himself after opening fire at ITT where he was a student.

Police determined that Harper suffered from depression. They also seized his handgun from his home and found material relating to the Columbine massacre.

So, do you think he was bullied at ITT? That was sarcasm in case you couldn’t tell. How much of a loser do you have to be to plot an attack against ITT. Couldn’t he get into The Trucking Institute or the home gun repair course or any other ’school’ that advertises during daytime TV?

I never advocate violence but it doesn’t surprise me that ITT attracts this sort of thing. ITT tech isn’t very different than the local crack dealer, loan shark, rapist or moe.

All of the sources I have seen seem to be unreliable and are just copied and pasted from a single original source. Unless the guy's name is misspelled I believe that this arrest never happened. There would be a legitimate news story somewhere. Maybe ITT ESI has buried the story. (ITT ESI is a huge advertiser so it is not unreasonable to think that they have some control over the media.)

I would call the police in the in the municipality in question and try to confirm the story. (There are several reasons that I will not do this.)

In most county courts, they have public records available online. So he was in Baltimore, I just googled Baltimore court records, found that and searched.
