Due to recent events, i am suspicious of all of these new users. If your not an ITT Tech Drone/employee/PR person, they simply just make a few real meaningful posts and you don't need to worry.

TO ITT TECH DRONES/Employees/PR's

If you think you can come in here and spy on us and try to spread your FUD around, don't bother. I will ban any and all inactive accounts (0 posts too) in a 1 week period. This will prevent the ITT drones from spying on the forums.

Why am i concerned? It is pretty easy to find out who i am and what i look like. I only have used 1 name on the internet and i am on several sites. The thing that troubles me, how did they find out who DVD was. You can't just google "DVD" and find him, he uses several online names, there was nothing identifable on this site. Do we have a mole? Blue i am looking at you (lol).

I have to have these precautions to protect us, we don't want them gathering information. I got kicked out because of this site, i am not sad about it, in fact it was relieving. However, i hate the fact that i owe $25K to some bullshit corporation and they did not do shit. I did not learn anything i already knew, it was a complete waste of time. I want my time and money that i wasted.

Make sure there is no way for them to know your true identity, do some google searches on your username, make sure they can't find out who you are.

If the experts want to find out your identity, they will. Just don't claim to do or advocate anything illegal and the law can't touch you. Because ITT is a company they can (probably) protect themselves from their students (well, their customers), so don't be surprised if they hunt you down and make threats.

I'd like this site to stay up but do what you have to do. Concerning the inactive account period, I hope you extend it to, say, 8 days.

The only restrictions are for new members, they have to make a real and meaningful post in 24 hours after registering. If they don't post i ban them, then i send an email explaining why and how to be unbanned. They have 5 days to respond. If they fail to respond then they are permanently banned and account deleted.

I am trying to prevent ITT Tech employees/PR from lurking, gathering information. They won't bother making a post because we will know and i will ban them.

I won't deactivate or delete inactive accounts that have a few posts, but i will send a reminder email asking them to visit a month after their inactive date, in case they forgot about the site or w/e.

I don't think the school was legally justified in kicking you out though, you may actually have the law on your side.

I am about to just say fuck it and return the forum to the way it was without jumping the new users making sure they aren't itt drones. If they were smart they could just....never mind...they aren't smart.

But in all honesty, if this site contained both possitive and negative reviews I think ITT wouldn't care so much versus the total ITT bash site that this appeared to be at first glance. A little rewording could go a long way, but then again it's your call as to how you want the site to run and the main focus of it.

Even though I am not a sysop on here and hold hosting rights, I can plainly say that ITT Tech cannot do one thing to shut this site down, except ping or DDos it to death. woo.

Although there is Freedom of Speech applied here, that is not where I make my stand. First, we are not doing anything to sully ITT's "good name", if you will, but simply sharing our stories and opinions with other people to help them make a decision on what they should put their $80,000 towards. Second, if it really was "intended with harm" to share our stories, then wouldn't it also be "illegal" to flat-out post other websites that derogate other establishments?

Regardless of legalities (which could be argued back and forth also), this site (as all others like it) are dispised by ITT. Now whether or not they are going out of their way to track down the users of this site or attempt to shut it down I don't know, but regardless, I feel that Seven is geniunely concerned about ITT's involvement in the future of this site and it's use against other students and such, I was merely suggesting an idea to prevent future happenings involving this site and ITT.

Honestly i am starting to wonder if "Frank" is really who he says he is. Look at how he words his posts (also look at his comment in the blog). "I need ALL of you....", that got me suspicious. IDK, his IP does say he is in vegas, but that doesn't mean anything. Plus he hasn't responded to the thread or PM still.

BTW: "I feel confident about my future" is a common theme in the ITT commercials, all of their "Graduates" use that line all the time. Its funny how you picked it also, another point for being a PR guy. I put quotes around that for a joke, to show what a crock a shit the commercials are. Confident about my future, WTF does that mean? I guess they didn't get a job after ITT or they would say so, of course the people in those commercials are paid actors, i talked to a few of them. They never attended itt, they just got hired by an agency to do them.

I'm new here, and ITT must be happy with themselves, because while I realized that the education I received from ITT was definitly sub-par(an extreme understatement) I finished because I wanted something to show for my time. Funny thing is what I use now in my current job I taught myself or I learned on the job. I definitly want to help you guys in any way I can. I was also wondering if http://www.ittscam.com is still around? Thanks, and I hope we can get some resolution to this issue.

I wont rest in peace untill ITT is no more. The school in it's entirety is a scam and almost 95% of the exams are open book or take home. If I ever wanted to do an exam the traditional way, other students would riot in a heart beat.These Corporate scums dont care about the students/customers.Hey it's all about the moneyyyyyyyy!!!
