Se7en and my discussion on Wikipedia got deleted.

Someone whom I (kinda sorta) believe to be a shill for ITT and not a true Wikipedian deleted Se7en's contributions to the talk page of the article for ITT Tech. The shill went by the moniker McJeff and has since retired from Wikipedia. I would undo the delete... but the stuff deleted really doesn't have anything to do with improving the article. For the sake of prosperity I have put the discussion here. It is between Se7enAlive (the unsigned 70.190.149.188 guy), Woipwoipwoip (an ITT Tech drone who has since disappeared from Wikipedia), and myself (my moniker on Wikipedia is Veecort). (I bolded my part to avoid confusion and stuff.) Here it is!

ITT Tech kicks out 2 students for Freedom of Speech

Me and my friend got kicked out on 05/05/08 because the school found out about my website, ittakestime.org. They called us liers and tried to spin everything. They will not get away with this, i am calling a lawyer tomorrow and getting a class action lawsuit going. Anyone who went to itt tech, go there and let your voice be heard, join the lawsuit and get justice! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.190.149.188 (talk) 05:29, 6 May 2008 (UTC)

Here is what will happen if you have any chance of winning. ITT will pay you off and nothing will ever go to court and there will be no record of anything. If it does go to court, ITT will pay you off and you, the plaintiffs, will dismiss the case and the only record will be in the companies own words in their annual/quarterly report(s) as required by the SEC.

On the off chance that you ((and your lawyers) stay strong and fight the good fight and) win, ITT will give you an offer you can't refuse and... based on the joint application and stipulation filed by ITT and the plaintiffs, the appellate court will reverse the judgment against ITT and remand the case back to the trial court, which will vacate and set aside the judgment and dismiss the case with prejudice.

Oh. And your anti-ITT website will disappear just like the rest of them before it. By the way, I am still not 100% convinced that you are not simply an ITT shill performing counterespionage in order to identify potential whistleblowers so that they may be neutralized. Does anybody know of any way to dismiss my suspicions?

Veecort (talk) 19:07, 6 May 2008 (UTC)

LOL counterespionage, your on my site, do you think i even remotely like itt tech? They are going to the grave, yes there has been 3 other lawsuits and yes they did win. I am not going to lie and say i won't take a good bribe (over 60K) and leave it at that, but the offer will have to be really good. I have wasted time and money, suffered from anxiety and depression because of this scam. I am talking to a lawyer today, ill post my findings on the site. ittakestime.org —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.190.149.188 (talk) 20:04, 6 May 2008 (UTC)

Did you really think you could hatch a conspiracy to file a lawsuit against the school you're attending while still attending using the school's own computers? The site is extremely negative, and I imagine rather full of hyperbole. I don't think this is a freedom of speech issue. If you showed that site to one other person, and they can find that person, you may be liable for damages. Hopefully you find one of those good lawyers who talks straight to you, and not one who will tell you what you want to hear to try and advance their own career. Tread lightly when screwing with major corporations. Woipwoipwoip (talk) 16:18, 7 May 2008 (UTC)

I never had used the school computers, i have my own computer and internet. A conspiracy? This isn't a conspiracy, it is fact that itt tech is a scam. You are either naive or an ITT Tech Drone/PR/Employee. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.190.149.188 (talk) 07:25, 9 May 2008 (UTC)
