Career Services keeps calling me!

Hi All!

Just wanted to up date you all on some new crap that is goin down.

Its been almost a year since I was unfairly kicked from ITT Tech. Guess who calls me today while I was taking a nap... Career Services at the Utah Murray Campus! They keep leaving me messages saying they want to help me find a job. Then I get this email:

Hi Justin,



I’m writing to you in regard to your “Inactive” student status. The summer term will begin on Monday, June 14th. I’m hoping that you are ready to return to your studies and continue pursuing your Computer Networking Systems degree again. The Financial Aid team has some appointment openings this week and would be able to discuss any changes in your funding options from your last date of attendance. I’m happy to facilitate your re-entry process for you.



Please send me an update on how you are doing and if this summer will be the best time for you to return to campus. I’m looking forward to speaking with you!

Thanks to It Takes Time, I know better. So thank you! My official plans are when I am stable and I can pay my loans. I will go to Salt Lake Community collage to get my generals. Then I will transfer to the University of Utah. One of my friends got his bachelors degree from the U of U for $15000 after grants.

SLCC sounds pretty good. I have friends that think very highly of SLCC skills center. ITT has no provisions at all for offering any kind of certification. When I was enrolled at the Murray campus about one third of the class had never installed Windows before. Does that sound like the company you want to keep.

Even when students do graduate they just pawn them off onto temp services. I knew I was in trouble when I walked into career services and saw a stack of SOS staffing pamplets 8 inches high. They should put that in the commercials.

40,000 for a 2 year degree should be called a criminal college.
