Make sure to save all e-mails you have between you and the FA guy. So incase you do call direct loans and they did take out loans. Then you will have proof on what happened and you can demand a refund.

All you did the other night was sign the master promissory note. That is need for us to receive the loans ,but if you don’t attend there will be no loans to certify.

https://www1.salliemae.com/get_student_loan/apply_student_loan/application/borrower_rights/promissory_notes.htm

Sounds fishy, dude. I'm not an expert on loans, but I would go down to ITT in person and get the cancellation in writing as well as written cancellation from whoever owns your loan. Maybe the loan provider isn't Sallie Mae.

I already sigend the enrollment agreement, also i changed around all the info on that finacialaid.itt page so they dont have my tru SSN anymore wich was only on there for about 36 hours before i changed it. so i followed there instructions on the enrollment agreement about canceling my enrollment at ITT which was to write a letter to the director to the address at the bottom notifiying my request to cancle my enrollment, I also went in personally and flipped out and got somthing in writing about cancling my December 2011 enrollment and that the VA MGIB will not be charged under my name and that i owe no money to ITT. thats what i got after the 5th try to get the letter right, it was signed by the Director and the finacial counseler it justed seemed like they worded it poorly to make loop holes. so like i said i changed my SSN to a bogus one and everything else on the web page and the VA said they wont send out any money to the school, so now that leaves this debt left on me i am worried that once my start date comes and even if i do not attend there going to find a way to charge me somehow Please help

They can't charge you if you do not attend. You got a signed letter that says you are not enrolled. If you signed any loan documents, call the loan provider and tell them to cancel the loans too. You should be fine.

Honestly if you get charged and you have not attended a single class. Make sure to have people who know where you are on the days that you are supposed to attend their classes to make sure you have a story that is backed up that you didn't take any of their services they offered. Also if this happens you can get an attorney and they will most likely fight it and win in this case. Or you can go the route that I am trying and file a complaint with that State's Attorney General and put pressure on the school.

Do you know anything about the "Federal Student Loan Entrance Counseling" form, it says i electronically signed it but I dont remeber signing it and it says that i must repay my loan even if i fail to complete my program... it doesnt have any contact information on it or any type of company name on it
what should i do, also the enrollment agreement says not signed in the finacialaid.itt page which has changed from earlyer today which it said it was signed

You cannot be charged for something you did not accept. They can't charge you for classes you did not attend. You cancelled before it began. As long as you did what you said, you will be fine. I believe you're talking about the sheet where you initial next to a bunch of sentences. That is just to make sure you know that a loan needs to be repaid and must be repaid even if you do not complete the program. It doesn't say that you must pay for the loan if you didn't attend classes. It's not a promissory note or a loan. They give that to everybody, it covers their ass in case you don't understand a loan needs repaid.

You canceled in person, mailed a letter, and notified the VA. I think you have it covered. It would be illegal if they charged you for classes you did not attend, they are not going to risk further investigations on something so stupid. If it would make you feel better, just go back down to the campus and verify you are not enrolled and get a signed letter if you need it.
