I NEED CONFORMATION

1. I ALREADY SIGNED ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT
2. I NEVER ATTENDED ANY CLASSES
3. ACCORDINBG TO MY ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT MY FIRST DAY OF CLASS IS DECEMBER 5TH 2011
4. I HAVE A HAND WRITTEN LETTER STATING THAT I WANT TO CANCLE MY AGREEMENT AND IS BEING MAILED TO THE DIRECTOR OF ITT TECH WERE I SIGNED MY AGREEMENT.

WITH THAT SAID I DO NOT REMEBER SIGNING ANYTHING ABOUT OPENING A LOAN, I USE MY GOVERNMNET MGI BILL TO PAY FOR MY EDUCATION.
WHAT DO THE LOAN DOCUMENTS FROM SALLIE MAY OR WHAT EVER BANK LOOK LIKE FROM ITT?

ALSO I WANT TO BE REALLY SPECIFIC WITH MY ACTIONS FOR CANCELING MY ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT BEFORE ITS TOO LATE. I WILL BE MAILING THE LETTER WITH TRACKING SO THERE IS NO EXCUSE IF THIS GOES TO COURT THAT THEY NEVER RECIEVED IT AND I TOOK EXTRA TIME ACTUALLY WRITING THE LETTER OTHER THAN TYPING IT BECAUSE I WANT TO BE VERY CAREFULL ABOUT NOT LEAVING ANY LOOP HOLES FOR THEM TO SCREW ME OVER.

WITH ALL THAT SAID HAS ANYONE EVEN TAKEN THESE STEPS AND ACTUALLY WALKED AWAY CLEAN W/ NO FINACIAL RESPONSABILTY....?

AND LET ME KNOW IF THERE ARE ANY OTHER STEPS TO BE TAKEN THAT I ALREADY HAVE NOT DONE...?

Please stop the caps lock, it doesn't make it any easier to read.

From your other post, you already contacted them and told them you were canceling, I assume this was in person. You are also sending a letter and contacted the VA and told them you weren't going to attend. So you should be fine, many people have canceled before attending.

We can't give you any confirmation, only ITT-Tech can say you are canceled.

When I initially saw Tazar's first post and Krugg's reply, it made me very happy. I think there was a tear streaming down my face. And then I realized that the very reason that I was so happy is because of how very screwed Tazar would have been if he had chose to believe the lies longer than he did. If ITT Tech didn't exist, then seeing Tazar escape their clutches would not have made my day the way that it did. And that made me sad and angry. (Please God, make me a stone.)

Thinking about it, I realize that Tazar would not have been screwed for life like some of us. He would have simply "lost" his G.I. Bill monies. Even so... You dodged a bullet Tazar. From now on, every day is a gift. I envy you.

Do you plan on going to community college? Never mind. I really don't care and am not sure why I asked in the first place. Sorry about that. Enjoy your life.

Oh trust me I am researching and trying anything in this countries legal system to try and right the wrong that is an ITT Tech "education".

SheepToTheFleecing, I wouldnt have lost any money from the GI BIll that is part of what they had planed, they tell you that your paying threw the GI bill then when you already have atteded they say by the way you owe 47,000 dollars. ITT doesnt even have a contract with the VA. and with that said, if the VA did end up paying ITT and then I didnt attend the school for classes and maintained passing grades, then I have to pay that money back.
and i know you said you dont care but im going to tell you anyway; yes I am going to attend a community college in fact I have been attending a community college for the past year and yes i havent paid a dime for my education, you know why? because i served w my fucking life in 1st ranger battalion in savanah, GA for 4 years for this wonderfull country we all live in. so that deppressing people like you can speek freely.

and I want to thank the people who are resposible for this web site for helping people and thinking of someone else but them selves.
