Ok so I signed up for ITT. I did that silly test and had a sit down with a PR guy. Than they scheduled me for a Financial aid appointment and I brought my mom. We signed some papers and they said see you next quarter in March.
Now after doing some research at this website, Rip-off report.com, and the Better Buisness Buearal (yeah the BBB has a high report for claims against ITT). I have no intentions of going to this school. One main reason is the accredidation of a national versus reginal. I need the degree I earn to be accpeted in all states not just some like a national accredidation will get you.
My main consern is when I brought my enrollment agreement to the PR guy and asked more questions about the school and the claims out againts the school he told me he did not know much about all the stuff people have to say about the school and that I do NOT need to sign any withdrawl papers since I have not attended any classes yet. None the less I still ordered the man to take my sign sheet that is in the enrollment agreement that states iam withdrawing and that I did so within the required three buisness days. also I told him to make a copy.
Now my question to you all is do I need to do any thing eles to fully withdrawl from the school? and what do I need to do about the 45k Sallie Mae loan that I signed for? Please let me know with any usefull advise or simular experiences.
