Title: For-Profit College Association Challenges New Regulations in Court
Date: Thursday, July 21, 2011
Author: Kari Hamanaka

I am not sure if they are suing the Obama administration, the Dept. of Ed., or the United States. This is only one of many articles on this subject. All I know is that a lot of people will make a lot of money.

These companies are suing the very entity that gives them all of their money. It almost seems as if they aren't all in on it together. In public, the one is suing the other. Behind closed doors, the one bribes the other to look the other way (without making it look like they are looking the other way.) This is how it always has been and how it shall remain.

One thing is for sure. The data used to make decisions regarding programs' eligibility will be provided by the schools themselves. Kind of like when they would give us the tests after telling us exactly what to answer to each and every single question. The result is that the school is a laughing stock. They are laughing all the way to the bank.
