On Friday Apscu asked the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia to block the rules from going into effect as planned on July 1. The group alleged in the complaint its members are "grievously and irreparably injured" by the three rules and asked the court to find the regulations unlawful. It said the Education Department didn't follow correct procedure in creating the rules and violated its scope of power and the Constitution.

"Grievously and irreparably injured." I was grievously and irreparably injured. I lost everything just trying to get a college education... or some job training... or something. Over $40,000 for some pre-algebra lessons and hours upon hours of time killing small talk.
And everybody knew! Everybody knows! How in hell are they getting away with this!?!!? Why did the government okay these "student" loans generation after generation? One answer is shame and denial on the part of the victims. Also, we have no education, no credit, no power, and no money to spend. I, personally, suffer from hopelessness.
