yea, and they are all worthless (except the Microsoft manuals) because you can't sell them on the Internet.

I keep them as evidence, but I keep them hidden so I don't remember the nightmare everytime.

yes I have all of my books as well - along with every other piece of paper that I got from those freaks.

I guess if I don't get any financial satisfaction in the next 9 1/2 years (that is when my loan will be paid off) then I will use them to start a bonfire.

That is if I don't drop dead, lose my job or become homeless over the next 10 years.
