ITT email account

When I was a student at ITT we had no student e-mail accounts and very limited use on the ITT computers; there were so many restrictions we couldn't do any of the labs.

I now atttend a community college and have an e-mail account; I have even worked at small companies that gave employees an e-mail account.

How the hell can ITT call themselves a technical school that is helping people with there futures (or whatever that lame slogan is) and not have the latest technology and equipment?

I remember when I took the Success Strategies class that my book had Windows 2000 and XP directions but not Vista, and that was in 2009. It bugged me. I now that programs are advancing these days to the tune of 18 months of relevance, but Vista came out in 2007, so this book was still outdated.
