Ironically, I've read that you can actually hurt your chances of landing a decent job by listing ITT Tech degrees in the Education section of your resume. Some have claimed that ideal employers will actually throw out any resume that has ITT Tech listed on it. Supposedly, there is a blacklist of degree mills and for-profit schools that employers use to weed out applicants that they'd consider "unqualified" for the job.

Snagajob and widely reported degree mill ITT Technical Institute have joined together to scam the unemployed out of up to $80,000 worth of tuition each and leave those people with no jobs, no prospects, and a worthless degree.

ITT career services is a joke. I wanted to do a internship during my last term and they told me it was up to me to find one. When I graduated they gave me the name of one place to go to and then dropped me like a hot potato. Never heard from them after that. I tried contacting someone at career services but they always said they dget back to me. Never heard form ...

Its been almost a year since I was unfairly kicked from ITT Tech. Guess who calls me today while I was taking a nap... Career Services at the Utah Murray Campus! They keep leaving me messages saying they want to help me find a job. Then I get this email:

What the fuck, i was in the LRC where they post job opportunities. Well every time i look in there i get so damn pissed.

Every job posting is either for minimum age as a pizza delivery driver or a tech job that requires 5 years experience and knowledge that itt-tech doesn't even teach.
