Another Bullshit ITT Story

I went to ITT and graduated around 2003, 2004. While I was signing up for the multimedia course, I was told that for the rest of my life, if I wanted to come back and take the course over I would be able to sit in the classes and retake them without having to make any further payments.

Today I called ITT and asked them what I am Supposed to do in this situation since they are no longer offering the multimedia course. I was then transferred to a voice mail. I called back and spoke with them again and got transferred to another program chair voice mail. I called a third time and said, "Isn't anyone working today?" and the receptionist got up to find someone who can assist me.

A man got on the phone and I told him about my situation. He asked where I lived so that he could see if there were any other ITT tech's offering the Multimedia program. Unfortunately, the closest ITT to me is about and hour and a half from where I live (which is the one I attended) and the next one up I believe is over 3 hours away. He then asked me why I would want to take the multimedia course again if they didn't offer it. That was just about the dumbest question I've ever been asked. I told him that obviously if I was offered it while signing up that I wanted to be able to come back and learn new things. Obviously anyone with more than once brain cell left knows that with multimedia and many other subjects things are constantly changing and new things are constantly being taught. So going back to "learn" these new things for free would be great. I use the term in quotes because I've never learned anything at that shit hole in the first place. I just want to know what the hell they're going to do for me since they don't offer that course anymore...
