I'm not sure where to even start. I don't see much on this site about the ISS program, but I graduated from ITT with the Multi-Media degree. This program was taken away a quarter after I started and they tried like animals to get me to switch to Visual Communications and I said, no because I signed up with them for MM and they were obligated to honor that. So basically I went through a million instructors, some even walking out of class or not showing up, for two years and learned nothing.
Since I could not get a jog in that field and a four year degree in graphic design was only offered in another state, I went back to see what else I could sign up for.
I know, that was a stupid thing to do, but I was already locked into the college for the credits so rather than go some where else for 4 years, I figured 2 more with them would be better. (stupid again) Here they placed me in the ISS program and I have had no classes previously to prepare me for this.
Our class started with 19 students and by mid 3rd quarter, it's now me and one other student! This student is a CEET graduate and I am a MM graduate, we have no flipping clue what is going on, the instructors don't even know what to do with us. I have so many rants... I am so happy to have found this site!!!!!
Apparently the ISS program was recently "revamped" and now I have to take two extra classes to graduate. Again, I said no because that would make me taking 4 classes for 2 quarters when 3 is enough as it is. So now ITT is paying for me to take these classes and making this other kid take a quarter off. I think they are looking for a way to not have 2 kids go another 15 months and have to pay instructors and they want us to jump in the class behind us. It's all such a pain in the ass!!! I HATE ITT and pretty much everything about it!
Now I would like to hear from some other ISS people or transfers if there are any in here.?.?
