Free from ITT!....i think

Thank you for this site! I went to ITT tech for the first quarter when i started to notice something wasnt right about this school. i typed ITT in google and i was shocked with the results. Today i went to my campus on South Gessner in Houston Texas today to drop my classes, i mentioned this website and boyyyy were they mad! haha! If it wasnt for this site i would most likley stuck with a debt that i wouldnt ever be able to pay... now i will be going to a "real" college with a "real" degree.Wish me luck guys!Again thank you for this site and i will be contacting a lawyer to try and not pay that 6,000 for the first quarter. Any ideas?

Since you did attend and finish the first quarter you will more then likely have to pay the 6,000. However thats just a small price to pay to avoid the large debt hole they would've put you in if you would have kept attending. Even with the 6,000 too you'll still only pay half price for a real degree then what ITT Tech was going to charge you.

You are correct sir! After i started to find out about the school i warned 3 of my fellow class mates and we would talk about it during class. They all 3 dropped also. I feel like i help saved them from a lifetime of trouble. Im going to walk around feeling like a hero tommrow .

Well congratulations and keep the word spreading around. The more people get saved the worse those schools will do. So if they can loophole and rip people off the least we can do is turn people away and maybe someday really affect their bottom line. Also hopefully with all my pursuits in the legal side of this I can find some way to go after ITT Technical Institute and tell people possibly about the route I took to right this terrible wrong that is their "Bachelor's Degree".

You might be able to go in and see exactly what they charged you for, sometimes they charge you ahead of time. It might be worth going to FA and getting a statement and seeing if you are owed any refunds.

I would gladly take paying 6K than 25K that I am paying now. I am honestly surprised they haven't tried to bribe me, they have lost millions due to this site alone, I would say more than double digit millions by now.

shit I'd love to have both of your debts combined instead of what I currently have. I finished their "Bachelor's Degree" program and have well over 80k worth of debt....

He's right, I wish people would proof read and do a spell/grammar check. Obvious mistakes like those look bad. A lot of people would question your entire motive and argument based on the writing.
