ITT Sucks.

Writing this after a nervous breakdown infront of my father. God i love xanax.

I kinda got pressured into this place due to my father when i was in a rut as i have pain issues, and my friend had just recently died and i had a stressful job at that time.
I've been there about 5/6 semesters so far, and should have realized sooner something was up.
Lately i've just been dreading it though, getting too depressed to even bother going.
I've actually had 2 teachers snap at me for no reason (one even swore at me!) when I'm a very quiet, introverted but still respectful person.
I've since learned ITT works it's "teachers" 80+ hours a week.
I was told they'd help me out with my health problems but theyve been pretty much no help, they let me leave early without it effecting my grade but wtf i'm pretty sure they let you do that anyway...

I've decided to change to a local community college (especially since i know they give students with health issues a lot more leeway after talking to my doctor), but i'm wondering what will transfer. I'm not expecting much, but most schools let you challenge a class right? I'd hate to redo everything over again. Hell, i've learned more about electronics off the internet experimenting with synthesizer parts then actually going to school. All class consists of is this fat jerk who yelled at me reading out of the book. I could do that at home... and lab consists of build stuff on a breadboard, but you don't have to finish as youll get 100% for lab even if you only stay for the first half. My physics homework for this trimester consists of 10 questions, half are already answered, and only 2 of the remaining 5 are graded. wtf.

In short:
fuck ITT-Tech. I could think of lots of better things to do with 50k grand. Too bad firebombing is illegal.

Yep.
Only one of my courses from ITT transfered to the cc, and it was for a class that didn't count towards my intended major. None transfered to the university.
